Feel free to change up anything in your order before I begin sketching!

An invoice will be sent as soon as I receive the order and payment is to be made in full upfront, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

No discounts unless it is specified.

No refunds, no chargebacks.

Rush orders will include an additional cost! (up to 200%)

I will prioritize based on payment(s) made.

I will start on the commission/order once payment is complete. (50% upfront OK)

I will provide sketches/WIPs within reason. Only simple changes will be accepted at this stage as you should've already noted any large changes beforehand.

WIPs can/will be provided upon request but please do not spam for updates.

Lining and colouring stages will begin after the sketch has been approved.

Any changes made after the sketch has been approved and I've begun lining/colouring will come with a cost in relevance to the change(s).

There will be additional costs if you are requesting larger dimensions/resolution for emotes (per).

I will make my customers happy to the best of my ability.

I will not make changes or additions to the same piece once it is complete and/or approved unless there is a blatant mistake on my part (ie. small scale, lining/colouring mistakes).

Any changes or additions outside of the sketch stage, or several/large changes during the sketch stage will have an additional cost.

You are responsible for bringing me a clear order and vision as I may charge extra for changes made during the process.

I hold all copyright to the drawings I do, not the commissioner/client.

Commissioners may re-post and utilize the commissioned piece for personal use but credit must be given and they must not make major edits or alterations to the art.

Orders to be included as part of commercial use must be specified in the form and will have an additional fee.

I will not use your commercial use commission(s), for my own commercial use unless; agreed otherwise, you have infringed copyright on my work, or you have made a chargeback.

I reserve the right to post and promote commissions and any other work done by me to my personal platforms, social media, gallery, etc.

Please, always, ask if you are unsure!

Re-post and use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only (unless discussed/agreed upon otherwise).

Claim the right of their original character(s) but not the artwork itself.

Use the art as a part of self-promotional images (ie. thumbnails, schedule images) as long as proper credit is given to the artist (me). It must not be the main or outstanding asset being used.

Using the copyrighted artwork commercially/as merchandise without specification, discussion and agreement.

Taking credit or purposefully avoiding giving credit to the artist they commissioned from.

Removing watermarks and signatures.

Making heavy edits/alterations to the artwork without the artist's consent.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your order at any time.

You do not hold the right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist after payment has been received.

I am free to cancel the commission if payment has not been sent yet.

Again, no refunds and no chargebacks!

Your right to any orders I have done for you will be retracted if you file a chargeback against me. I will then also have the right to sell any copyrighted work I have made for you.

You will not be allowed to commission me and your name will be publicly noted for other artists.

I have the right to file a complaint.

I retain the right to the money/payments sent to me.
